A medium-high intensity class and one of the most requested classes around! Involving various movements and dance styles in reflection to the chosen song. This class aims to educate attendees to many movements of salsa styles, whilst introducing music interpretation, meaning at which point in the song requires different technique and speed to maintain the rhythm, all while improving coordination and fitness! Fun, exhilarating and educational all in one class!
